Bring a new stuffed animal to throw on the ice after the Checkers' first goal vs. Hershey at Bojangles Coliseum, Sat Nov 28 at 4 PM.
The Teddy Bear Toss is one of the Checkers' most popular nights. Fans bring stuffed animals, and when Charlotte scores its first goal they all go flying onto the ice. The bears are collected and donated to local nonprofits for kids over the holidays.
The 4 PM game against the Hershey Bears is presented by Novant Health. It falls on Thanksgiving weekend, so it's an easy family outing.
Details from the organizer's website, checked Friday, November 6. Schedules change, so confirm before you go.
